After 41 days of a probe by the CBI agency, not a shred of evidence has been stated by the Central Bureau of Investigation, the Narcotics Control Bureau, and the Enforcement Directorate. Bollywood has slammed 'harassment' and demanded bail for Rhea Chakraborty who has been victimised.
Sushant Singh Rajput's family who has constantly been seeking justice is losing their patience and now the Central Bureau of Investigation has issued a statement. CBI has claimed in their statement that the agency is conducting a professional investigation related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput in which all the aspects are being looked at and no aspect has been ruled as of yet.
Sushant's family questioned the delay at first, Vikas Singh who is Sushant's family lawyer also stated that there is a sense of frustration within the family members as they wait for justice continues. As per the sources, the Narcotics team that has seized the mobile phones of A-listers forgot to take their signatures on papers.
The Narcotics body has visited the actors' residence and has collected the signatures today. The sources from the Narcotics Control Bureau have also stated that it is premature to pass judgment. No clean chit has been given to A-listers. It is also said that more names are under the scanner. The coercion claim is said to be false. Rahul Easwar, an activist explains that there was huge pressure saying that this is murder & people (culprits) should be arrested immediately. CBI has been diligent, cautious and we should respect them for that.
'No one can put a fixed timeline for CBI to complete the investigation of a case', says Touseefakhan, a lawyer. 'There was a serious ‘botch-up’ of the investigation as well as tampering of evidence', says Suresh Nakhua, a Political Analyst.
